About the Intramural Program
|
|
The Hunter Soccer Club Intramural program is comparable to our
Travel program and Summer Soccer Camp program in that we strive
to provide enjoyable, quality instruction in the fundamentals of
the game we all love. Led by our intramural coordinators in conjunction
with our Head of Coach and Player Development, Hunter Soccer Club
encourages minimum standards for all our coaches. This does not
mean you must meet a minimum standard to begin coaching an intramural
team.
We plan to meet these minimum standards through licensing clinics,
coach training sessions and group activities available to parents,
children and coaches alike. This endeavor, PROJECT 2005, administered
by our Head of Coach and Player Development, is designed to help
the beginner coach and his players have a more enriching experience.
Our goal is to have coaches who can provide top-notch instruction,
while maintaining an atmosphere of fun and competition. This philosophy
will provide the intramural player with a quality, fun and competitive
club experience, as well as supporting and enhancing our travel
team program.
This HOTLINE
