Last Date for Guaranteed Registration PeeWee, Intramural, and Travel is:

Only limited Registrations will be accepted after June 13, 2010 based on team availability. Therefore, it is advisable that you register early.

INFORMATION REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION BESIDES NAME, ADDRESS, AND AGE:

• For on-line registration: Credit Card, and Email Addresses.
• For in-person registration: Check or Credit Card and Email Addresses.

REFUND POLICY:
Players who tryout and do not make a travel team will receive a refund. Registration fees are non-refundable after July 1, 2010.

• Pee Wee Players: $70 (Ages 3 & 4)
• Intramural Players: $100 (Ages Under 5 thru 11)
• Intramural Travel Players: $140 (Ages 12 thru 14)
• Travel Players: $140 (Ages 8 thru 15)
• Travel Players: $150 (Ages 15 thru 18)
  (No Late Fee for Travel Players ages 15 - 18 as their season starts on November 1)

NOTE: First Two Children In A Family: Full Price
(3rd Child at $25 discount, 4th Child at receives a $50 discount, the 5th and subsequent players from the same family receive a 100% discount)
